This seminar is required for the Sport Authority of Thailand licensing course coming to Canada in 2025.

New PC Kru: $350
Senior PC Kru advancing to Kru: $450
Refresher for current Krus & PC Krus: $150 for the weekend

Saturday: Required for PC Kru (Krus doing the refresher encouraged to attend)

| 10:30am: | Learning Proper Foundations of Muay Thai: Footwork (tiger step, golden step, horse step, proper stance) and the Foundations of the weapons. Learning the movement and terms in English and Thai |

| 1:00pm: | Instruction and Practice: How to teach using Muay Thai equipment: Proper use of pads (focus mitts, belly pad, regular pads) |
| 3:00pm | Learn Foundational offense and defense technical drills |
